I am a Spanish comedian, writer and improviser based in Brussels

I write and perform at The Schuman Show, Europe’s very own political satire show, making fun of EU affairs with a blend of sketches, stand-up and improv. I have been practicing stand-up and improv for years, both in English and Spanish, in Europe and beyond! I also really love sketch comedy and writing short stories.

Before going full-in on comedy, I spent over two years working on EU affairs, an experience that comes in handy when writing for the show and for performing at company events in the Brussels “bubble”. While the political capital of Europe might not strike you as the most obvious place to find the funny, if I learnt anything as a graduate in International Relations and History, is that global affairs often follow the old  adage: “the situation is desperate, but not serious”.

Before landing in Brussels, I lived in Madrid, New York City, Berlin, Córdoba (Argentina) and spent years tour guiding and selling Spanish wine – so if you don’t like my jokes there’s always a chance I can give you a historical fun fact or some food or travel advice.
